libxml2 test results

I was  trying to  enable test for Libxml 

I am  getting this error 

libxml2-2.6.23-r1/work/libxml2-2.6.23/.libs/lt-testapi:
undefined symbol:
xmlRelaxNGInitTypes

Please can anyone help me why this problem is
