I would need more information.  What is the nature of your
friend's
problem?  Is it self-medicating, mood disorder, anxiety? 
What do you
mean by "mind control" experiments?  Do you mean
the use of
psychotropic medications?  What prompted her parents to put
her in the
hospital?  And why for two months?  I have never heard of
Dr. S.W.
Jackson.  Where does he practice?  With more information, I
