I hope someone can help. I stopped self harm for 68
days almost 2months when i was woken up by a shocking
moaning noise by my parents. I know its very normal to
have sex but not when their daughter is in the house
trying to deal with rape and abuse. When my mom heard
me get up she said PULL MY PANTS UP. This put me back
in the rape and i cut myself again as i couldnt handle
the visions. Help
