Dear Stellabella,

There are many community agencies that charge a minimal fee
for
counseling services.  It appears that you need to continue
therapy.  As
you indicated, I don't believe you have found the solution
yet.  Until
you are able to flush out your past and let it go, you will
continue to
feel inadequate.  Until you address the full impact of what
happend to
you, it is hard to move on.  Don't give up.  You are worth
