    Megan,
   Pimples can be caused from a variety of reasons. If it is of concern I would talk to my family physician. When I was going through the worst of my trauma and flashback I was experiencing acne on my face chest and legs and it was all a result of stress. Hope you find what you are looking for in life and as always my thoughts are with you.
