Ive been in hospital for a week now and been given
meds, spoken to therapists and the doctor but IM STILL
FEELING SUICIDAL. Ive told them about it, but isnt
taking much notice. PLEASE HELP

Dear Megan,
Tell us what we need to do to help. I have tried to give encouragement and advice on how to fight the good fight. I pray for you to a God I am told exists and send positive energies through the currents of earth I have the honor of being in touch with. I offer myself as a sounding board and a shoulder to cry on. What is there left for me to do? Help me to help you. If you do not want to work at the things that are eating you, I do not know what to tell you. I offer to listen, getting things off your chest has been a help for me. Taking small steps and doing things for yourself gives you back the power that was stolen from you, but you have to want that power back. I have nothing more to say but as always,

Dunno how to help if we don't know what you are FEELING and THINKING ~ LISTEN to what your body is telling you 
I know it is tough - wot meds r u on to HELP?!
I am glad you have told them and that is why you are on some kind of medication to help RELIEVE your EXTREME thoughts.
TRY to meditate or just DO THINGS TO MAKE YOU FEEL AT PEACE WITH the INNER you!
Take Care and NURTURE yourself - keep doing that and hopefully you should start to relax a little
HANG IN THERE ~ my thoughts are with you
