Help! For the past few weeks I've had really bad anxiety
'spells' (attacks seems to be a misnomer) off and on... I've
dealt
with anxiety for a couple of years... however, the past 3-5
nights
I've had horrible panic attacks, and the worst part is I
feel
something in my forehead 'twitch' and it makes me feel
really helpless
and stressed and confused... and I feel worse, because I'm
not sure
what I'm upset over. I'm kind of thinking it might be
connected to
caffeine, which I normally avoid because of a heart
condition, but it
started even before I drank a little bit the other night. I
really
don't know what to do to help it. I feel really nutty
lately and
everything makes me feel like I'm about to lose it. Anyone
have any
suggestions? I don't even know where to start. I'd rather
not go to
the doctor, because I have a lot of other conditions and am
sick of
being in the office.
