I had a quick look at your web site and overall it looks
quite acceptable;
there are a couple of problems that immediately jumped out
at me:
On the index (home) page, the text "Anxiety and
Depression can strike anyone
at anytime..." is poorly laid out and there should be a
space between
"anytime" (which might well be two words; that is
of lesser importance) and
the ellipsis ... which may be represented in HTML as
… (Alt-0133 on the
number pad.)
The forms page http:
//www.mymonkeywrench.com/dr._tom/forms.php does not
work
- showing only the text "<a href="http://photobucket.com&q
uot;
target="_blank"><img

"Web site" is presumably two words (same page.)
The graphic (http://m
ymonkeywrench.com/images/star_10.gif) on the
ratings.php page does not show; that is probably a
monkeywrench problem.
The link (http://www.mymonkeywrench.com/form_start.php?form=dr._
tom1) on the
forms.php (client intake form) page does not work and I am
sure that there
is a better word than "intake", if only for your
patients' self-esteem.
One the therapy.php page the text "What are the
down-sides to E-Therapy?" is
poorly laid out.
These are the glaring and obvious problems that immediately
spring at a
cursory glance; there may be more.
The list of therapy costs is pointless as a drop-down list,
as it does
nothing; at least nothing that could not be performed by the
simple
expedient of an ordered or unordered list in HTML, or even
plain text.
On a meta-level, your site is a subdomain of a free hosting
provider. This
looks terribly amateurish.
Doctor is usually abbreviated as "Dr" rather than
"Dr." If you want to
demonstrate that it is a contraction, then "D'r"
should be used; this is
notionally correct, but never used. The same situation may
be observed with
the shortened form of "Mister", i.e.
"Mr", rather than "M'r" or
"Mr."
