Confessions first. I can't live without the Reminder Plugin.
However,
it is a little irritating to use.

>> open tiddler
>>type somewhere in body text
<<newReminder>>
>>save tiddler to go to view mode
>> click on New Reminder button.

I was wondering whether it would be possible for the
viewtemplate to
be hacked so that all tiddlers have a additional button at
the top of
each tiddler called something like NewReminder that would
call up the
fields for creating a new reminder in a tiddler without
going through
the rigmarole (is that how you spell that?) of editing and
saving a
tiddler to get to that stage?

Many thanks. Heres hoping!

Open up ViewTemplate and paste in <div class='reminder'
macro='newReminder'></div><br />
I put it right under <div class='viewer' macro='view text
wikified'></
div><br /> so that it is always at the bottom of
the text (but above
my tagglyTagging when I use that).
If you have HideWhen installed you can even set it up so it
only shows
up on the tiddlers you desire, or more often is hidden on
the ones
that don't need it like plugins (What is there to be
reminded about a
plugin?).

Ken...

Very slick, very slick indeed. Thanks.

Simon ...

Can I suggest that this is mentioned in the installation
instructions
in the next release of the macro? - (shouldn't it be called
a plugin?)

Thanks chaps!
