TabTags

I'd like to redo the Tags tab to show only certain tags, not
every
single tag in the wiki.  How can I rewrite the TabTag
tiddler to omit
certain tags?

I think you can also open each tag tiddler, and tag them
with excludeLists.

I *think* this only works for Timeline and the list of all
tiddlers - 
the list of tags still displays the respective tags and
tiddlers (e.g. 
it also displays the excludeLists tag itself).
