A few questions regarding this.

Where would I find the latest version?
Is it a plugin/package that runs in the standard tiddlywiki
or a
rework of tiddlywiki (making upgrading awkward)?
Does it use the latest tiddlywiki core?
Is it stable or still undergoing active development?

At http://tiddlyspot.com/ you
will see the flavours dropdown. Click it
and you will see two MonkeyGTD flavors. Those are your best
bet. I
really like the alpha.

Another option is to check out my tiddlydu2 at http://www.gif
fmex.org/tiddlydu2.html.
Not GTD but similar and very useful.

A slightly longer answer than Dave's:

The original GTDTW hasn't been updated since TW 1.2.33.
Which is a
long time. Clint Checketts made a revised version of
GTDTW's layout
that he called GTDTW Plus, that worked on some version of TW
2, but
I'm not sure if it works in the latest TW version.

There are two major alternatives to GTDTW:
MonkeyGTD from Simon Baird of MonkeyPirateTiddlyWiki fame.
D-cubed, a.k.a. D3, from Tom Otovos.

Both of these are actively maintained by their authors, and
they're
both available at Tiddlyspot.

There's a GTD-TiddlyWIki google group:
http://
groups.google.com/group/GTD-TiddlyWiki

And a wiki page here:
