Hi all,
I just came across this site:
http://getsatisfaction.com
It's a support forum site that links "users" with
each other and with
the product / company they're asking for support about.
Twitter links to it from their "help" link, so I
assume it's not
completely crap, and it seems to be aimed at providing the
"open
conversation" that Cluetrain and Kathy Sierra talk
about.
Has anyone had good or bad experiences with
getSatisfaction.com?
Should the tiddlyspot team consider doing tiddlyspot support
through
that site maybe?
Cheers
;Daniel

PS: I was trying to find out what a # meant in a twitter
message. But
gave up after ten seconds.
