TortoiseSVN 1.3.1 released

We've released TortoiseSVN 1.3.1. This is a bugfix only
release.

Important note:
This release contains a fix for the BDB library which made
file:///
access to a BDB repository crash all the time. This was due
to a change
in the compiler wich made the time_t type 64-bit instead of
32-bit as
the official Subversion client uses.
So all users who experienced crashes when accessing a BDB
repository via
file:/// should upgrade immediately.

Some other small bugs have also been fixed. The complete
changelog since
the version 1.3.0:

- BUG: Patches with non ANSI or non UTF8 encoding couldn't
be applied
        correctly. (Stefan)
- BUG: file:/// access to BDB repositories was incompatible
with
        previous versions and other clients. (Stefan)
- BUG: When starting Blame, the default end revision was 0
instead
        of HEAD. (Stefan)
- BUG: Fix crashes on SMP systems. (Stefan)
- BUG: Author, revision and date weren't always shown in the
        'Check for modifications' dialog.
- BUG: The "remote status" column could show
"(property changes only)"
        even if there were no property changes detected.

hoovered over
