graphviz error

Hi,
I have a small problem with the Graphviz plugin: after
installing it the 
png files seem to be generated randomly, on the same page I
can see the 
graph, after refreshing I see the "No macro or
processor named 
'graphviz' found" error message, after a few refreshes
the graph again 
and so on...

Could omeone give me a hint, what migt be the problem?

The error message tells me that Trac doesn't know about the
plugin.
Can you check that the plugin is installed in the plugins
directory
for the trac installation? Can you turn on logging in the
trac.ini
file and take a look at any errors produced?
