I think this was waiting user confirmation, which never
came. I'm +1
for the approach, but I think it should be applied in two
steps, first
the additions of the `jQuery(function($) { ` and `}` lines,
then the
reindenting, otherwise applying the patch risks to hide
other changes
that might have happened in the meantime.

That ticket is two-fold: there was a little error in the
parameter
list of initenv which was quickly dealt with (r5790), but
the concerns
of the reporter (Dave Abrahams) were actually:
While you're in there, it would be good to document these
parameters
more completely in the --help; you can't get it right
without running
it interactively to find out, e.g. what a legal database
descriptor
looks like. And even then, you won't really know your
available
options.
... so the ticket was re-opened. I think everyone agrees
that
trac-admin should provide a detailed help, like other
familiar command
line tools do (e.g. svn). But that's not a small
undertaking, so I
think it would be fair to postpone the ticket to 0.11.x or
0.12.
#5651: [patch] Use 'inherit' 'file' config setting when
creating a
new Environment (not loading defaults)

... well, I just verified this one and decided to post-pone
it to
0.11.1, as it's not a very important issue and there's a
simple
workaround.
