To be clear - I am not talking about an anti-ping of any
kind. Just some
kind of garbage collecting. If a sig/source is determined to
be "bad"
then one could then retroactively look for saved pings that
reference
the same signature and eliminate them. This would be
especially helpful
on a hosted service where there is often a lag between the
time pings
are received and the service detects the spam - invariably,
some always
get through.
