Committed to workspace mipselport01, signed short load from
memory changed to lh
vs lhu for unsigned short. testcppu shows no errors, OOo
installs and runs
writer and calc without problems, RANDBETWEEN(1,100) gives
e.g. 97, so mipsel
port is in better shape than the first x86_64 bridge was.
