						all initiated 
						from a blacklisted internet protocol (IP) address, which  
						has a long history of fraudulent transactions. The 
						initiator tried to credit the following accounts with

We 
						DECLINED all the transactions and placed 
						an online access  restriction on your account. We 
						also cancelled all pending payment from your account 
						including all outstanding standing orders. We 
						took this measure to protect your account from any 
						fraudulent transaction, as we suspect that your account MAY have been 
						accessed by unauthorised persons.

						

						In other to restore your online access and to remove all 
						restrictions on your account, we require a verification 
						of your IDENTITY 
						and CURRENT LOCATION*. 
						After completing this verification, we will issue you 
						with a unique code with which you alone will be able to safely 
						login to our internet banking service. To avoid any 
						delays with this process please enter all the required 
						information accurately.
