I love the ideas in 6, 7 and 8. We should definitely work on
these! At
the moment the only issue is getting the correct font for
the "GUADEC"
text. Otherwise these look great!

Number 7 is the best of those, for me... don't really see a
connection
between jigsaws and desktops, and number 8 is just too
wordy.

Perhaps if there was some way to develop it into a road sign
that
included Birmingham...? (Like one of those typical A-Road
junction
signposts that sometimes incorporates the "low
bridge" warning sign, or
that sort of thing...?)

what I was

Tried attaching this equally-hastily-constructed version
that didn't
need the Transport font installed, but it was too large,
so...
