epiphany --new-tab ADDRESS doesn't work

Binary package hint: epiphany-browser

When I run epiphany --new-tab ADDRESS it opens a new window
with a blank
page, instead of a new tab in the existing window with the
address.

I'm using Ubuntu 7.4β.

Thanks for the bug report.  I can't recreate it here on
feisty.  I am trying:
% epiphany --new-tab www.google.com

Does it happen with a fresh new user?  What ADDRESS are you
using?

Didn't tested yet, what's the best way of creating a fresh
new user?

Any address, www.google.com gives the same result as any
other.

You can use the "users and groups" tool in
system->administration menu

Yes, with a fresh new user instead of a blank page I got the
initial
page, which is being (strangely):

encontrado.

Verifique a localização do arquivo e tente novamente.

Which means:

File
"/usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/locales/index-C.html&qu
ot; not found.

Check file location and try again.


But I think this is another bug.

I created the user with System -> Administration ->
Users and Groups.

I just upgraded to the new versions in the repository, and
the problem
persists.
