Info about linux-restricted-modules

Hi,

Someone can clarify to me one (stupid) thing about
restricted modules?

I'm working on my personal specification
(https://wiki.ubuntu.
com/RealTime) and the users ask me also the
linux-restricted module compiled against Ingo Molnar's
RT-Preempt
patchset (i already offer patch and kernel image). Question
is: Can i
redistribute linux-restricted-modules package (in binary
form) without
violate any license?
