unable to boot

1438 shows ata_piix loading, and shows the error
"0x1f0 IDE port busy"
1441 shows ide-generic loading, and the (expected) errors
"I/O resource 0x1F0-0x1F7 not free."

So looks like ata_piix is refusing to claim the port your
hard-drive is on.
