VMware file movement - how?

Or look into the shared folders option that you get when you
install
VMware Tools.

I haven't been able to figure this one out yet either. I
resorted to 
making an iso with my files(one time large amount) and then
virtual 
loading it as a cd device and telling VMware to use that cd
drive.

This really isn't a long term solution though, more of a
one time, get 
it to work fast thing.
