Has anyone had any experience of using hamachi and, if so,
with what
result please?

Norman

I can second that. Hamachi works well and on my system
(breezy) is stable.

Thank you both for your comments. Was there any problem in
installing
the software in the first place?

I little bit of toe-tapping was required, if you reboot you
need to
re-install the taptun drivers again but that's no big deal.
I'm sure
there is a more permanent fix for it I just haven't gotten
around to
finding it yet :-P
