We need to add be@latin translations from GNOME project to Belarusian langpacks

Belarusian GNOME l10n community needs to provide belatin
translations
with Belarusian langpacks as it's done for Serbian language
packs. We
have already done about 15% of main GNOME translation tree
and wants
Feisty to be the first major Linux distribution that has
native support
for Belarusian Łacinka interface.
