    Hi,

HW: IBM Tinkpad Z60t
SW: ubuntu-6.06.1-alternate-i386.iso

During the installation (after more 50% of packages have installed) in all consoles i see two white rectangle. Alt-F1 Alt-F2 Alt-F4 are the same :( 


What is the fix of the issue?

    After laptop was left alone for night with two white rectangle on black screen - Ubuntu 6.06.1 is found as fully installed after Alt-Ctrl-Del and laptop reboot.

But the two white rectangle on black screen during long time I see as a BUG. It is not a user friendly installer behavior :(
