QT compile

Hi,

I try to compile the qt 4.2.3 on Dapper Drake LTS suite but
I get the 
following error:

io/qfilesystemwatcher_inotify.cpp:146:25: error:
sys/inotify.h: No such file 
or directory
io/qfilesystemwatcher_inotify.cpp: In static member function
‘static 
QInotifyFileSystemWatcherEngine*
QInotifyFileSystemWatcherEngine::create()’:

I installed every *-dev package that includes a inotiy.h
file but in, vain.

Any suggestions?
