Preferences->Advanced->Toolbars->Menu setup

If you don't already have a custom menu setup, click
duplicate.

Then go to your profile directory (opera:about), menu subdir
(for
example C:\Program Files\Opera\profile\menu) and locate
the new menu
setup (usually standard_menu (1).ini).

Open the file in an editor and locate the section [Browser
Menu Bar].
There you should find a line "Submenu, -235137047,
Browser Widgets
Menu". Delete the line. Save the file. Within Opera,
choose your new
menu setup as the active one.
