Thanks for the reply but I'm afraid it doesn't solve my
problem.  I 
have been using  Eudora  for years and have been receiving
Opera 
Mailing List messages for at least two years  with no
problem with 
the formatting.  I also  subscribe to over a dozen genealogy
mailing 
lists with no formatting problem.  The Opera messages
started going 
"funny" around two weeks ago.  Since all my
other message are okay I 
would have to say that something has gone wrong at the
sending 
end.  I believe that some other person had a similar
complaint about 
a week ago.
Would appreciate advice.  Thanks in advance.

Are you receiving the Digest in "plain-text"
format? Have you tried MIME-
digest? I get MIME-digests and they look just as expected.
