Scott---Jordi isn't "quite"correct; you CAN safely remove any of the installations and retain what you need/don't want to lose. If you care to email me directly, I'll explain in more detail AND direct you to the pages on Opera's site that apply/can guide you through it...peace, to one and all...

After doing a number of weekly build installs, I just noticed that I have 3
installs for Opera in Add/Remove Programs!

They are:

Opera size 35.65 MB used occasionally 7/13/2006
Opera 9.0 size 11.24 MB used rarely (no date)
Opera 9.02 size 11.75 MB used rarely (no date)

Which of these can I safely remove without endangering my current install?

Thanks,

Scott

You can remove none. I assume you have been using the classic
installer? They share uninstall routines, so removing any will remove
your current install.
That has been a problem with the WISE installer since the beginning
(one of the reasons they're probably moving to an MSI-based version).

If it bothers you, I suggest using a registry cleaner to remove two of
the entries. But they're perfectly harmless,

It's still a bit odd, though, isn't it? I mean, I have only one entry in
that list, and it's for the latest build. (running W98SE)
