Question about encoding.

Hi!!! 

Does someone knows how can I change the default encoding for
my browser?
I can see (at View->Encoding) that Automatic Selection is
choosed by 
default. From there, I can change the encoding, every time
that I load a 
page, but is somewhere a setting that allowing permanently
selection, of 
another encoding, so I will not have to choose it every time
when I'm 
loading a page?
