FreeBSD-6.2
xcfe-4.4.0
opera-9.10.20061214

I am unable to get spell checking to work. Every time I
click on the icon,
I am presented with a page that says I have to download and
install GNU
Aspell. I am running Opera from within 'xcfe-4.4.0'.

I already have 'Aspell' installed on my system. This is the
output of
'pkg_info aspell*':

Information for aspell-0.60.5:

Spelling checker with better suggestion logic than ispell

Perhaps someone else has experienced this same problem and
can assist me.

Is this related to e-mails?

No. This is related to when I fill in forms, such as on
bugzilla, etc.
Opera just will not spell check anything. It wants me to
install the GNU
Aspell program; however it is all ready installed and
working, just not
with Opera.

Ok i had a look but couldn';t see the icon or button you are talking about.
I haven't seen it before neither in FreeBSD nor in Windows... I guess it's in front of
me but stupidly i cannot see it.
Point me to the icon so i can have a look...

Regards
Spiros
