Cannot boot HVM guests on FC6 Test1

I could not boot HVM guest on FC6 Test1 IA32.
After executed xm create,no qemu window popup. And xm list
shows the
guest blocked.
I submitted a bug for this issue:

On FC6 Test1 IA32e:
I cannot boot FC6 Test1 IA32e in runlevel 5. and in runlevel
3 I cannot
start xend.
