Following are the
Referral Bonus Program details:
- YOU refer qualified candidates that KFORCE is not currently working with
- KFORCE will meet with and work hard to place your referred
candidates on contract and/or permanent opportunities
- After YOUR
referred candidate works for 90 days, KFORCE
will pay YOU $1000
- This bonus is
only offered on contracts six months or longer (including permanent)
- KFORCE will pay $2000

Following
is a sample of some current open positions:
- Mid-level
J2EE candidates (Five similar openings) (6+ month contracts)
Experience: 4-6 years of directly applicable computer programming
experience. Experience with Java, JSP, and Struts is required. Experience with
creating web based training modules is highly desired. Must have
experience/knowledge with either HTML and JavaScript or SQL and database
design. Generic Skills: Working level knowledge of operating system
fundamentals, data management concepts, programming language techniques, and
programming tools and utilities in development environment. Strong analytical,
problem solving, and oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage
time and work well under pressure. Ability to work successfully as a team
member.
- Java
Swing (One opening) (Permanent or contract to hire only)
Our client is searching for a Java Developer with Automated Testing
experience to join their team to assist in the development of their Desktop
Application. In addition to doing Desktop Development, there will also be the
opportunity to work on their web based product. Our client would prefer to hire
a full-time resource for this position, but they will also consider a contract
or contract-to-hire engagement. Below are the requirements and desired skills
for the position.
Must have at least two years of Java Development experience.
Must have at least two years of Java Swing development. Swing development is
the most critical requirement for this position.
Very highly desired is experience with an Automated Testing tool like J-Unit,
JFC Unit or Selenium.
Highly desired would be experience programming in an Agile Development
environment.
Experience with a content management tool (such as Documentum) would be
considered a plus.
Experience with Struts and JSP would be considered a plus.
A candidate possessing a strong background in Swing but lacking the Automated
testing experience will still be given consideration for this position.
A Computer Science degree at bachelor's or master's level from an
accredited college.
Skilled in the development of relational database
applications. Strong SQL and JDBC experience is mandatory.
Five or more years of solid hands-on Java development experience in
a product development setting. Demonstrated experience in at least one full software
product development lifecycle.
Java web application development and familiarity with associated
technologies
Hands-on experience with n-tier applications using servlets, Struts
framework, and Relational databases is essential.
Hands-on experience building Web application front-end using HTML,
DHTML, JSP, JavaScript.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work well on cross-functional project teams with
both technical and non-technical team members
Excellent debugging, problem solving, and testing skills
Fault tolerant software design - Highly scalable and high
performance software development
Strong experience with popular object-relational mapping tools like
Oracle TopLink or Hibernate would be considered a plus.
Experience developing Oracle server-side code objects like stored
procedures, functions, and triggers would be considered a plus.
Strong experience designing and implementing multi-threaded
applications in Java would be considered a plus.
Experience designing and implementing of high performance,
scalable, and distributed transaction solutions would be considered a plus.
Experience developing C or C++ applications or libraries for the
Microsoft Windows platform would be considered a plus
- Software
Engineer, Web GUI Development
Design, implement, and evolve NetDeposit’s Web application
GUI used to administer and manage Java-based payment processing applications.
Assist product management in product mockup, work flow and
usability design.
Develop and execute unit and integration tests.
Provide technical guidance to QA in test strategy and test case
development.
Collaborate with technical writer to create installation and
end-user documentation
Over 3 years hands-on experience building Web application front-end
using HTML, DHTML, JSP, JavaScript. This candidate must be the primary
front-end implementer for multiple web sites or applications
before. Majority content of these web sites must be
dynamic. Majority of the development experience acquired is from a
team environment.
The following attributes are required:

Hands-on
experience with n-tier applications using servlets, Struts framework, and
Relational databases is essential.

Pro-active
in resolving technical and requirement issues.

Very strong
written and verbal communication skills.

Proven
ability to work well with both technical and non-technical team members.
Demonstrated development experience in releasing enterprise software
products to market.
A college degree is a plus.
Java servlet implementation, XML doc processing and SQL programming
capabilities are desirable.
