Job Description

Facilitates solutions to transaction processing problems.

Coordinates communication linkages.

Develops and maintains product third party processing partners.

Manages processes to ensure efficiency as well as the effectiveness of business controls, identifies changes as appropriate.

Administers the collection, maintenance, reporting, and presentation of account information.

Utilizes process expertise to develop solutions to various accounting problems.

Desired Profile

Education: B COM, BBM, BBA, BSC, BA, BCA, BHM (No BE or M Tech technical graduates).

Freshers with aggregate of 50% and above

Experienced with 45% and above

Experience: 0 - 1yr of exp. in an F&A BPO or 2 yrs of Non BPO Experience

Skill Set:

General computer skills.

Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills.

Flexible to work in any shifts

Time management skills.

Processing Experience.

Accounting skill Set

Strong knowledge on Accounting Basics.

Strong knowledge on General Ledger Entries

For Non Accouting graduates, good analytical and Logical skill.
