This are the mappings between the media track codec name and
the asterisk formats.

Audio:
"PCMU"->AST_FORMAT_ULAW;
"PCMA"->AST_FORMAT_ALAW;
"AMR"->AST_FORMAT_AMRNB;

Video:
"H263-1996"->AST_FORMAT_H263;
"H263-1998"->AST_FORMAT_H263_PLUS;
"H263-2000"->AST_FORMAT_H263_PLUS;
"H264"->AST_FORMAT_H264;
