problem receiving UMTS calls

Hi guys!

We have a problem with our server (Digium TE420)... 
>From gsm it receives every call.
>From UMTS though (including video call), the calls are
only sometimes
received... Could this be a configuration problem or is this
probably a
problem of the carrier?

How can I find out - is there a way to dump all data the
Digium card
receives?
