Storage and Backup

I want to know how to take backup and restore Access database in
vb.net..Thank u all...

I am a novice Visual Basic programmer and want to be able to make
custom gui items. One example would be a clock that has hands that
can be clicked and dragged around the clock while keeping track of
there position so the software can make a judement if the user is
moving the hands to instructed positions. Can anyone point me in a
direction where I can read about doing such tasks? Thanks.
