what is the codding and functions in vb6 or in any other
language for
a "stop watch" [(00:00:00:0)(hrs:mnt:sec:m/sec)]to
start, pause, stop
and return to zero position (refresh), and how it could be
activated
and stoped when a number changes in any other cell of MS
excel.
