We're going to need more information to work with. It could be any of
these (or more than one) or something else entirely:
* system execute permissions
* user execute permissions
* user file access permissions
* unavailable extensions/activex/libraries
* hardware incompatibility
* failed to copy required database or data files
* invalid path within a component variable/option
