    I am trying to make a patch for the CompileTime array tests. I am still trying to learn this code so that I can be helpful. 

I have made a patch but when the bootstrap runs it gets an error "Could not resolve unqualified name 'MyClassName'"


Is there something I would need to do before adding a new class? I notice many references to "specs" is this some documentation that must be followed?

While I am not new to VB, I am new to compiling so If I am on the wrong track please let me know.
