One thing ... even if you really are desperate, try very
hard not to appear like that in a job interview or when
talking with companies, recruiters, headhunters, etc.
Second thing... have a few experienced, native English
speakers look at your resume, esp. someone with experience
in hiring and resumes. Also get some interviewing skills.
You can go to a course or get a book like Sweaty Palms from
the library. Those things are a lot more important than
people realize.
