WebSVN 2.0 the file view is empty

Hello,

I have the following configuration:
WindowsXP Pro
Apache 2.0.55
SVN 1.4.5
PHP 5.1.2
DEV 2
WebSVN 2.0

I work the last time with WebSVN 1.61 and have no problems.
Now I update
WebSVN to Version 2.0 
I see my Repositorys and the File-Tree and I see the File
descriptions, I
can also see the file log but I can't see the file content.
The File View is
completly empty:

The File is definitive not empty.

Please help me...
