Some comments on XBL2 rev 1.2

Hi Ian, all,

I have some comments regarding  
http://dev.w3.org/
cvsweb/~checkout~/2006/xbl2/Overview.html?content-type=text/
html&rev=1.2  
that are mostly editorial.

Section 4.2.1 should probably remove the note about
submitting it to the  
W3C as that has happened. Can we just name the property
binding and the  
pseudo-class :bound-element now?

Also, given that the document now says who the editor is you
can probably  
remove that from the acknowledgements.
