if the error are in your RPG or CL program you can use the
normal way to
error control
anyway an cgi/http job is a "normal" job, only
running in batch.

...or are you refering to errors in the Apache (the config
file) itself?
at least in this case you can activate log in the
configuration
i.e.
CustomLog /www/logs/aplic_log
