2.15 Equivalence of Components

The Binding component specified by the  property of
an Endpoint is
said to be applied to the Interface component which is the
value of the
 property of the Service component for
the Endpoint.
According to the constraints given below, if this Binding
component has an
 property, its value MUST be the Interface
component the Binding
component is applied to.
