I've been scratching my head over this one, and could really
use some help.
I want to create a region inside a web page that uses a
three-column
layout, with a fixed left column and fluid middle and right.
Here's a
visual aid:

I'm finding tons of stuff on the standard three fluid
columns, or fixed
sidebars, but can't seem to get a handle on this one. Does
anyone have any
suggestions?

 Thanks,

   Owen

P.S. I can tell the pressure's on here at work, because I'm
asking lots of
questions of you folks. I appreciate all the help!

This works great, but I don't fully understand *how*. How are
#fluid and
#fluid-offset working together to make this happen?

I was curious about the 'fix IE6' comments on the
#fluid-content divs, and
tested in IE7 without those 'fixes,' and found that
right-most fluid div
had a tendency to randomly drop below the left one when the
page was
resized. Is this the problem that the fixes address?

Thanks,

  Owen
