My Newly Installed Windows Enterprise 2003 Frequently Shuts Down! Help Please

Hi,

I have installed an Enteprise Version of Windows 2003
Operating System
on a Dell Server for learning and home use. It is installed
on a Dell
SC 430 server. I am getting this message:

Event Shut Down

The Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated
unexpectedly.  It
has done this 1 time(s).  The following corrective action
will be taken
in 60000 milliseconds: Reboot the machine.

Generic Host Process Win32 encountered a problem and needed
to close -

Error Signature

CA reports symptoms like this caused by the Poza virus...

There are a half dozen variations for it as well. You might
search that
website for "poza" and compare each one's
symptoms to your own.
