Hi Vissu,

what i can make out from your post is that you have created
2 logical 
volumes out of all total raid space so in that case if any
of that HDD 
is getting failed your all 3 volumes will get affected, and
as you 
have mentioned that you had reinstalled your os after
formatting HDD 
and changing the one of them so it's now impossible to
recover ur data 
of d and e drive for further details provide more
information....like 
raid structure and logical drive structure...
