I'm just curious as to whether you uninstalled the programs
you DIDN'T
want after you installed the program you did want...
As uninstalling the unwanted programs might have taken a
shared file
with it.... and so, you're unable to capture.
Try uninstalling Ulead after ensuring all the other programs
you don't
want have gone.
Reboot, then, reinstall Ulead again....
Hopefully, this should cure the problem.
